In the depths of a forgotten blockchain, beneath layers of rugs and abandoned liquidity pools… something twitched.

A malformed byte. A cursed contract. A gasless whisper.

Legend says $PUGLY was born when a meme dev fat-fingered a launch, uploading the wrong image — a grotesque test sketch meant as a joke.
